I’m a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner with a background in Mental Health Counseling—and I know firsthand how frustrating, exhausting, and downright discouraging it can be to manage ADHD, anxiety, depression - or all three!
When what I call "That A**hole, Depression" cornered me in 2020, I had two choices: surrender or fight back. I chose to fight—using every tool I had from two decades of herbalism practice, mind-body work, mental health education, and my own life-long battles with anxiety and severe ADHD.
It wasn’t a straight path. It wasn’t perfect. But it worked.

Hi! I’m Charis Denny, and I can help! As a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner since 2003, my personal battles with ADHD, anxiety, and depression have fuled my mission to help others.

 

When what I call "That ***hole, Depression" cornered me in late 2020, I was forced to make a choice: surrender or fight back with everything I had. I chose to fight, leveraging over two decades of clinical herbalism and my background in mental health counseling. My journey was anything but straightforward, filled with setbacks and breakthroughs, but ultimately, it led to profound healing.

 

Today, I stand stronger and more balanced than ever, having learned to manage my ADHD and anxiety while moving past the grip of depression. If you're in the midst of this same battle, or something like it, welcome. I will never claim to have all the answers, but I've navigated these struggles and have found a multitude of ways to thrive.
