This service is most suitable for relatively straightforward health concerns, such as osteoarthritis and other inflammatory conditions, menopause, mild anxiety or a case of “the blues”, ADHD support, general memory/focus/concentration, digestive issues, seasonal allergies, immune support, and overall health and wellbeing. Generally speaking, if it is something that you might visit your local health food store to purchase an herb or supplement for, then this service is a good fit.

Charis has years of experience working with more complex conditions using herbs, supplements, and dietary interventions, often in support of work already being done with a primary care physician or specialist. Please reach out here if this is an avenue you would like to explore. 

Your safety and well-being are always (always!) Charis’ top priority. If she feels that your situation is too complex to be safely addressed through this service, she will reach out to speak to you about it. At that time, you will have the option to either receive a full refund for your purchase or to schedule a full intake with Charis so that you can work together much more closely to focus on your needs. An initial intake is charged a fee of $160 and lasts between 1.5 - 2 hours, and follow-ups are billed at $80/hour.

Charis always recommends high-quality products, many of which are only available through a qualified practitioner. She will work with all of the information she receives from you to ensure that there are no known interactions between medications or products you are already taking and the products she is recommending. However, Charis does not prescribe or treat conditions, and her recommendations are just that. Though she will always give you the best, most current, and thorough information she can, ultimately you are responsible for the choices that you make for your health and well-being. You are always encouraged to do your research before deciding to add new products to your wellness routine.

You will receive your protocol typically between 3-5 business days from the time that you submit your intake forms. If you order your supplements through the Fullscript site, orders are typically received in 3-5 business days. Sometimes even quicker!
