I'm Charis Denny, a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner in practice since 2003. My additional background in traditional mental health care, combined with my personal experiences with severe ADHD, anxiety, and depression, has equipped me with tons of effective strategies for managing anxiety.
